Monsters was my Masters degree film that was completed in 2019. A film about the importance of speaking out about your problems and your feelings and not bottling them up and ignoring them.

The story follows our Protagonist, Sadie who has issues at both home as her parents are going through an abusing and unhealthy relationship and divorce and at school where she suffers with bullies.

In October 2020 I was invited to the ART200 International Queer Film Festival as part of their Mental Health Q&A panel that consisted of other directors who’ve submitted their films to the festival to talk about the importance of speaking out about our mental health in film.
